I placed an order with at least ten different laces included. The first order was lost/stolen/or otherwise abducted by aliens so I did ends up needing customer service. The reply was prompt and courteous. They immediately sent out an order to replace the lost ones! These are all great laces and exactly as described as far as color, thickness, and length for each one. I’m very happy with my order and the customer service. I don’t order shoe/boot laces often but when I need to in the future, I’ll order from here.

Very nice a little tougher than the actual nike lace but it can probably loosen from use over time byt makes it feel strong
